Richard Pearce has 30 years experience within the property industry and is a RICS qualified chartered project management surveyor and quantity surveyor. His breadth of experience is across the consultancy sector and within development companies. Richard has held senior management positions within Northcroft, St George Plc, Landmark Property Management SA and Far East Consortium International Ltd.
Experience
He has worked extensively within the commercial, education, retail, hotel and residential sectors. Notable projects have included Imperial Wharf, Beaufort Park and Fulham Reach for St George, Dorsett City Hotel at Aldgate and Alpha Square for Far East Consortium, multiple fit out projects for IBM UK Ltd and the Earth Galleries Redevelopment at the Natural History Museum.
Richard has also worked extensively in eastern and western Europe delivering multiple telecommunication switchroom and regeneration projects.
