Pearce Project Management Services is a dynamic project management and quantity surveying business based south of Oxford with great links to London and the wider South East area. Our core markets are in the UK but we are able to service Clients within Eastern and Western Europe and our main sectors are as follows.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
All aspects of project management are undertaken in conjunction with the client, stakeholders’, project team members and contractors’ to ensure project briefs are fully defined and considered and that the developments’ can progress within the defined time, cost and quality objectives.
DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT
We can advise on and manage all aspects of property and development. This will be from inception through to land assembly including the management of the design process, town planning, stakeholders’, third party engagements, procurement, construction and post completion works and liaisons. Our experience spans all stages of the project life cycle from inception to completion.
QUANTITY SURVEYING & COST MANAGEMENT
All aspects of quantity surveying & cost management are undertaken including the preparation of budget estimates, tender documentation, contract amendments and full post contract services including preparing valuations and interim certificates, cost management reporting and final account work.
PROJECT AUDIT
Undertaking independent project audits including design, project programme and financial reviews against the projects master programme and cost plans both during procurement and post contract in order to ascertain the status against budget, timeline and quality objectives.
CONTRACT & PROCUREMENT STRATEGY ADVICE
With a wealth of experience from traditional contracting through to design and build and construction management we are able to review a clients’ requirements and to provide guidance on the most optimum contract and procurement strategy taking into account a project’s time, cost, quality and operational issues.
